Your newspapers, read first thing — for you. Reading collects the top stories from the papers and newsletters you subscribe to, summarises each one and sends a morning digest. Share any article to it from your phone and it comes back summarised and, if you like, translated.

A reader that illustrates the book as you go. Deep Read is for history and long non-fiction: it draws the scene you are on, looks up a name or a place the moment you select it and keeps the answer as a margin note, and for a chapter set in 1453 it shows you the map of 1453.

Ask your mailbox a question. Read Mail indexes years of mail on your own computer and docks an assistant next to your inbox. Ask which invoices are unpaid, what a long thread actually decided, or to file the newsletters. The archive never leaves your machine.
Each product does one job. We would rather it did that job completely than half of ten, so each one stays small enough to understand in an afternoon.

We do not use your content to train models. What can stay on your device does. Deleting your account deletes your data, not just your login.

The name is the idea: for every evening spent transcribing, skimming or sorting, there is a counterfactual evening in which that was already done.
